 space between the head and the highest arm feels a little bit too narrow, and a bit to exactly the same as the space between the lower and upper arm. Maybe tilt his (your) head back some? Give that arm some visual breathing room for a clearer silouette (especially since you want the banner to be clear at a distance, or at least clearish)
